Weekly market moves to the wider side of the main road
The weekly market has shifted to the wider stretch of the main road to reduce congestion and keep the bus route clear.

The weekly market has been moved to the wider stretch of the main road.
The previous arrangement left very little room for the bus and for two-wheelers, particularly in the late morning when the market is busiest. Under the new arrangement the stalls are set back and the road stays open.
For traders
- Stall positions are being allotted at the panchayat office
- Please keep the marked walking space clear
- Waste must be taken away at the end of the day, not left at the roadside
For everyone else
The market day and timings are unchanged. Only the location has shifted, by a short distance.
